Beekeeping Demonstration

Curious about bees and beekeeping? Join us throughout the summer on select Thursdays and Sundays as beekeeping volunteers and our Head Beekeeper demonstrate techniques with active beehives and explain their work. Demonstrations are for all ages and interest levels. The public bee hives are located on the southern end of campus – click here for a campus map.

The demonstration will move indoors in inclement weather, using our educational demo hives! Beekeeping demonstrations are included with your admission ticket.
