Herbs have long been a source of nourishment, resilience, and care. In this immersive course, herbalist Britni will guide you through the art and practice of working with plants, offering knowledge that is both practical and deeply rooted in tradition. You’ll explore how herbs can support daily well-being, learning hands-on techniques to prepare your own herbal creations.
Designed for anyone curious about plant-based wellness, this participatory course blends lecture, discussion, and hands-on experience. Each session builds on the last, giving you the confidence to work with herbs in a thoughtful and intentional way.

What to Expect:
Inspiration & Knowledge – Britni will lead an insightful presentation on the properties of herbs, their traditional uses, and how they can be incorporated into daily wellness practices. Get ready for an interactive discussion where questions and curiosity are encouraged!
Hands-On Learning – No passive lectures here! You’ll get up close with the herbs, learning how to work with them through demonstrations and hands-on activities.
✨ Create Your Own Herbal Preparation – The best part? You’ll blend and craft a personal herbal product to take home—something useful, intentional, and uniquely yours.
This class is for participants 21+ due to the use of alcohol in tincture-making.
Meet Your Instructor:
Britni Austin(she/her) is an herbalist and lover of all things science and herbs. Britni’s passions include educating people on the plethora of ways herbs can be worked into your daily routine. Britni’s practices her[b]otanicals (pronounced herb botanicals) centralizes bioregional herbalism; where she encourages a lens that centers land and plant allies that grow near you to support a sustainable impact and reverence for the plants through radical ease. Some of her offerings include making small batch herbal remedies and teaching workshops for collective liberation and education.
