Ease into your morning with gentle movement, fresh air, and a moment of calm.
Join Light of Loving Kindness for an outdoor Tai Chi session led by ZenFrankie and Mama Ayanna. Whether you’re brand new or returning to your practice, this class offers a peaceful way to reconnect with your body and breath.
Tai Chi is a slow, flowing form of movement that helps reduce stress, support balance, and bring your mind into the present. Practicing in nature makes it even more powerful.
♂️ Meet Your Instructors:

ZenFrankie is a Tai Chi and meditation guide, vegan chef, and sound healer.

Mama Ayanna is a healer and program director at LOLK who creates spaces of warmth, care, and deep presence.
What to Bring:

A yoga mat, blanket, or towel—something to stand or sit on

A refillable water bottle

Sunscreen or a hat—we’ll be outside in the sun

Comfortable clothes you can move in

Cancellation/Refund Policy: For all fee based programs, if cancelling:
– two weeks prior –> Full refund (minus processing fee)
– between two weeks and 48 hours prior and there is a waitlist –> Full refund (minus processing fee)
– between two weeks and 48 hours and there is not a waitlist –> Credit to be used by June 30th
– within 48 hours –> Credit to be used by June 30th
