Join us for a virtual yoga session with Natalie from the comfort of your home!
Join Natalie for this one-hour session from the comforts of your own home with the Conservatory as the background. Beginners to advanced yogis are welcome to join. Pre-registration is required so we can send you a link to join, and space is limited.
About Natalie
Natalie is a yoga teacher, nature enthusiast & mother. She has been teaching yoga since 2014. Natalie’s yoga practice started out as a form of exercise and stress relief that slowly evolved into a lifestyle as she began to recognize the benefits that yoga offers on and off the mat. She believes movement is medicine and yoga is for everyone. She has found that slowing down on your mat can translate to slowing down in life which everyone can benefit from. Her teaching style is slow, meditative, and intentional. The beautiful outdoors is her greatest teacher and her classes are very nature-inspired – allowing you to connect to the natural world while being present in your body. Natalie completed her 500 hour teacher training through the Colorado School of Yoga and practices Gentle Hatha Flow (a gentle moving meditation).
Registration closes at 9:00am when the session begins.
