Root to Tip Cooking Demo-Carrots

Did you know that carrot tops are edible? Join us in the Jensen Room for a free, family-friendly cooking demo by Chef Brandon Lagrone who was born and raised on Chicago’s West Side.  Chef Brandon will whip up a quick and tasty dish using the entire carrot, from root to tip!

Plan to arrive at 6pm if you would like to see the entire cooking process.  A limited number of printed recipe sheets and tasting portions will be offered during the demonstration (while supplies last).

Tickets are not required for the cooking demo but reservations are required to enter the conservatory.  Make Your Reservation Here
