We have additional reservation bookings set aside for members and neighbors. This ensures you have access to book a visit even during busy times. Please make a reservation online in advance to ensure there is space available on the day and time you’d like to visit. Walk-up reservations are prioritized for Garfield Park & West Side neighbors and members if available. Current members, please check your inbox for the special link to make reservations during these additional times. Members who join will be sent an email with this special link. Questions? Garfield Park Conservatory Alliance members support our mission to connect people to plants and change lives through the power of nature. Each membership is a valued contribution that will serve you with meaningful experiences, innovative events and educational programs.

Check out our monthly giving options! Monthly giving is a great way to help us grow and an alternative to spreading out your annual support with recurring monthly gifts. This allows us to dedicate more of your vital support to serving you and the community, and less to administrative expenses. Your gift will be charged automatically each month from your credit card or bank account. After your first monthly donation, you will receive membership benefits associated with your cumulative annual giving level.

FAQs

When will I get my membership card(s)?

Please allow 10-14 business days for us to process your membership and send you your membership card(s) and thank you letter by mail. When you join or renew online, you will receive a Donation Receipt which will serve as proof of membership while you await to receive your card by mail.

Is there a reciprocal membership program so I can visit other gardens?

COVID-19 Update: As gardens begin to reopen, many have limited visitation and other new policies in place. Please be patient and as always, call ahead to determine what RAP benefits are being offered at this time.

When you join the Garfield Park Conservatory Alliance you gain the benefit and admission privileges at over 345 gardens throughout North America and the Cayman Islands. See a list of participating gardens at ahsgardening.org.

We recommend that you contact the garden you plan to visit ahead of time. Each garden has its own unique admissions policy and some gardens have certain exclusions for special events, hours, programs, etc.

What level of membership is best for me?

It’s not about how much you give, but what you can give. You now have the option to give monthly! Your generosity is appreciated at any dollar amount. Please look at the benefits listed for each level.

Is my membership tax deductible?

Absolutely! Your generous membership donation is tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law, and will help support the programs and events here at the Garfield Park Conservatory. Our FEIN: 36-4200490. We never sell or share your contact information.

All membership contributions are final and non-refundable.

How can I pay by check?

Memberships are always accepted by mailing a check made out to “Garfield Park Conservatory Alliance” please send your payment to:

Do you have a donor privacy policy?

Yes, we do. We never sell, share or trade our donors’ names or personal information with any other entity, nor send mailings to our donors on behalf of other organizations. This policy applies to all information received by the Garfield Park Conservatory Alliance, both online and offline, as well as any electronic, written, or oral communications. To the extent any donations are processed through a third-party service provider, our donors’ information will only be used for purposes necessary to process the donation.
