The Garfield Park Conservatory Alliance is a nonprofit organization that sustains and thrives thanks to the generosity of members, donors and friends. Annual Fund and Membership gifts support our general operations, specifically our nature education and public engagement programs for children, youth, families and learners of all ages and abilities. We help visitors learn about plants, environmental justice and responsibility, conservation, build economically, socially sustainable and healthy communities, and establish the Conservatory & Gardens as an arts and cultural institution.
Contributions are tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law. An acknowledgement letter for tax purposes will be mailed to you. Our EIN: 36-4200490.

Please notify us in advance of any wire or stock transfers so that we can provide the appropriate acknowledgment. Please contact us directly if you are planning to transfer stock shares or gifts of marketable securities and let us know the name and numbers of shares being transferred, the purpose of the gift, and the donor name.

Plant Donations
We accept plant donations depending on greenhouse capacity and need. Submission does not guarantee that your donation will be accepted. Plants considered for donation must be disease and pest-free. All donors are responsible for delivery of their donation to the Conservatory at: 300 N. Central Park Avenue, Chicago IL 60624. After completing the submission form, please send photos of your plant donation to: [email protected]. Please fill out the inquiry form below and allow 1-2 business days for a response.
