Benches
The Garfield Park Conservatory Alliance is pleased to offer a very special opportunity for families, friends and colleagues to honor, celebrate and remember a loved one or otherwise mark a memorable milestone with a special dedication here at the Garfield Park Conservatory.
This initiative helps provide high quality and attractive seating at the Conservatory, while honoring an individual or organization. At this time, we are only offering metal benches that has a small dedication plaque with the name of the individual or organization being honored.
Metal benches have a durable epoxy-based paint and will last for years. Metal benches are placed outside at a dedicated location within the Garfield Park Conservatory’s 10 acres of outdoor gardens. The donation amount is $7,500 and includes a custom dedication plaque for 10 years. Your donation is fully tax deductible and supports our nature education programs, exhibits and community resources.

Daffodil Tributes
Thousands of daffodils mark the arrival of spring in Garfield Park. Can you imagine a better gift than to have spring bulbs planted in someone’s honor or memory? This is an incredible way to honor, celebrate and remember loved ones and important moments in your life while helping our gardens grow.
Donation Details
With a minimum donation of $250, the Alliance will plant daffodils at the Conservatory and along Central Park Avenue marking the pathway to and from the Conservatory. You can make a gift in honor of someone special and have the choice to volunteer to plant the bulbs as well! Your contribution will help make a ribbon of yellow “spring-shine” for the community and all Conservatory visitors!
Locations & Plaques
Locations for plantings cannot be specified and no plaques will be placed for bulb plantings. Tribute and memorial gifts are fully tax-deductible.
