Garfield Park Conservatory & Gardens Rental Hours

On all spaces except Community Room and Jensen Room, which are available for daytime use.

  • 3:30pm – 6pm: Set-up
  • 6pm – 11pm: Event
  • 11pm – 12am: Clean-up

*Each additional hour is an additional $1,000

Rental Options

Community Room

Choose this option for these types of events with less than 50 people:

  • Birthday parties
  • Baby showers
  • Bridal showers
  • Meetings and retreats

Pricing Details

  • 3-hour minimum; no bookings after 4pm
  • Individual/Non-Profit: $50 per hour
  • Corporate: $100 per hour

Jensen Room

Choose this option for these types of events with more than 50 people:

  • Birthday parties
  • Baby showers
  • Bridal showers
  • Meetings and retreats

Pricing Details

  • Rates listed are for 4 hours; $100/hr thereafter
  • No bookings after 3pm
  • Individual/Non-Profit: Sunday–Friday: $400 | Saturday: $500
  • Corporate: Mon.–Sun.: $1,000

Entire Conservatory

Choose this option for:

  • Weddings (ceremony and reception)
  • Fundraisers
  • Corporate parties
  • Holiday parties
  • Memorial services

Rental Includes

  • All public spaces for 8.5 hours from 3:30pm–midnight
  • Individual/Non-Profit: Sun., Mon., Tue., Thurs.: $6,000 | Fri. & Sat.: $6,750
  • Corporate: Thurs.–Tues.: $8,500

Entire Conservatory – Short Event

  • Includes all public spaces
  • Covers 2 hours from 5–7pm
  • Great for a ceremony or a proposal

Pricing

  • Individual/Non-Profit (Thurs.–Tues.): $1,500
  • Corporate (Thurs.–Tues.): $3,000

Catering & Event Services

Events containing food and beverages, rentals, and/or production services must use pre-approved firms from this list. These firms provide a wide range of options with a wide range of pricing.
