The Garfield Park Conservatory Alliance is raising funds to completely renovate the 6,000 square-foot indoor children’s garden. We are nearly 75% to our goal!  With a project cost of $5.6 million, we have raised $4.1 million towards this important campaign, and we need your support to reach the finish line together. Help us build this state of the art, accessible, free, indoor year-round nature play experience in Garfield Park. With your participation, we will break ground in 2022.

The new garden and playscape will provide a year-round, accessible adventure for Chicago families. A wheel-chair accessible spiral ramp makes its way up to the top of the historic glass roof, with a one-of-a-kind climber, specially designed for the Conservatory.

This garden was made possible by a generous contribution from the Elizabeth Morse Genius Charitable Trust.
