2nd Wednesday Lecture: The National Vegetarian Museum

RSVP

“Looking Back and Moving Forward: The National Vegetarian Museum”

We welcome you to gain insight into how the vegetarian movement is exploding: gaining adherents, strength, and respect – to name a few.

Kay Stepkin, a visionary who will lead us in examining why unearthing, recording, and preserving our history matters, especially in today’s world. She will share some highlights in her life that led her first to vegetarianism and then, to opening The Vegetarian Museum and other exciting endeavors still promoting vegetarian/veganism today.

We are in for an amazing experience as we gather here to gain and share insight on why this matters.

More info on Kay is here.

This experience is free and open to the public. Excited to see you!

At Garfield Park Conservatory Alliance we hope to accommodate you in you having your best experience. If you have a request for accommodations, please contact Mattie Wilson at mwilson@garfieldpark.org or 773-638-1766.
