Advocates for Urban Agriculture Summer Gathering

Advocates for Urban Agriculture is hosting their Summer Gathering at Garfield Park Conservatory and you’re invited to join!

You’re invited to join new and longtime Urban Ag Ward Ambassadors for next steps in our advocacy work! We’ll be strategizing and building on our community engagement plans, practicing civic skills, and reviewing ward office successes and challenges since our spring gathering. We’ll also provide important policy and city council updates, and answer any civic questions you have.

We need you in our quest to have volunteer urban ag ambassadors in all 50 Chicago wards! Join us to network, get informed, and get involved! This event is open and relevant to all, whether you have or haven’t yet contacted your ward office or participated in a previous Ward Ambassador event.
