DIY Sustainable Seed Starting and Potting Mixes-Virtual Class

Greenhouse Coordinator Emilia Arellano reviews the different components in standard seed starting and potting soil mixes, what they do and explores sustainable alternatives. Join us and learn how to customize soil blends to start your own seeds and give your indoor container plants the growing conditions they need to keep them looking their best! Materials are available for purchase to follow along and make your own soil blends.
Class fee
General Admission $25
GPCA Member/Volunteer $20
Soil Mix Kits are available for purchase as an Optional Add-on through 1/18/21. After that date, you can register for the class without materials.
Optional Add-on Soil Mix Kit ($10) Includes: Components to make 1 gallon of potting mix for indoor houseplants and 1 gallon of seed starting mix.
