The Garfield Park Conservatory Alliance presents FLEUROTICA, our signature floral fashion fundraiser, on Thursday, November 3, 2022 from 6-9pm here at the Conservatory!
In-person tickets are SOLD OUT, but there is a special opportunity AVAILABLE TO LIVESTREAM the show at 7pm on Thursday, November 3. Your $35 virtual ticket means you can still see the 15 show-stopping botanical looks come down the runway, and watch an amazing performance by Hiplet hip-hop ballerinas! And your ticket supports free nature education programs in Garfield Park.
FLEUROTICA spotlights the unique talents of Chicago’s floral designers, fashion designers, students and landscape artists as they create breathtaking garments made entirely from plants, flowers and natural materials. All proceeds from FLEUROTICA benefit the Garfield Park Conservatory Alliance’s nature education programs at the Garfield Park Conservatory.
The show this year will be hybrid with:
- An in-person event of upwards of 300 seated guests
- Runway show featuring 15 show-stopping botanical looks
- Music by DJ All the Way Kay
- An incredible performance from Hiplet
- Event emcee Samantha Chatman of ABC7 Chicago
- Cocktail hour before the runway show and post-show dessert reception to meet the designers
- Fashion portraits by Kristine Steiner
- Livestream virtual ticket option to an audience at-home. Virtual event website will launch at 7pm, show starting at 7:15pm.

IN-PERSON EVENT COVID-19 PROTOCOLS
By attending the event you certify and attest that you and all guests in your party attending the event will follow the below regulations:
Proof of full vaccination OR a negative COVID-19 test administered within 72 hours of FLEUROTICA will be required upon entry for all attending and working the in-person event. We will accept the following for proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 test along with a photo ID:
1. Physical vaccination card
2. Photo of vaccination card on mobile device
3. Proof of a negative COVID test taken by a healthcare provider, clinic or pharmacy
Masks or face coverings are encouraged but not required.
If you are sick or experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, or live in a household with someone who has tested positive, please do not attend.
