We’re hosting FREE concerts on Saturday mornings for your kids from 11am to noon! In partnership with the Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events we’ll have performances by musicians, dancers, storytellers and more. It’s the perfect place for your kids to get their wiggles out this winter and spring season. See below for information on each performance this fall!

Sones de México is Chicago’s premier folk music ensemble specializing in Mexican ‘son’ including the regional styles of huapango, gustos, chilenas, son jarocho and more. In addition to researching and performing traditional Mexican ‘son,’ the group has developed a body of original work that has experimented cross-culturally with classical, Irish, blues, C&W, jazz and rock music through collaborations with several artists across many genres.
