The Flowers of Monet Exhibit
September 5, 2020 - October 31, 2020
In partnership with the Art Institute of Chicago, the Garfield Park Conservatory & Gardens presents The Flowers of Monet.
Inspired by Claude Monet’s paintings, horticulturists will bring his canvases to life with asters, dahlias, nasturtiums, rose standards, and many other blooms. A living wall inspired by the Water Lilies series will provide an unusual interpretation of his work. The Flowers of Monet is a special display in the Artist’s Garden and will feature key examples of the plant life that captured Monet’s imagination and inspired his vision and technique. The Flowers of Monet is seasonal exhibit that runs from late summer – fall. It will remain open as long as the weather permits.
Adult admission $5, children and members free.
Cancellations and time changes may be made up to 2 hours before your scheduled entrance time. No late entries will be permitted. Your reservation will proceed rain or shine.
This is a special exhibit in addition to a Conservatory Gardens visit – the indoor rooms of the Conservatory remain closed. Click here to see a map.
