In this beginner‑friendly herbalism workshop, we’ll explore the incredible ways our nervous system responds to the world around us—and how plants can help us meet life’s challenges with more steadiness and ease. This is an invitation to slow down, breathe deep, and remember the grounding wisdom of plants. Together, we’ll look at how herbal actions influence the body, and get to know three gentle yet powerful herbs that soothe the mind, soften the body, and help the nervous system unwind.
Participants will learn how to prepare a tea infusion and craft their own blend to take home, using organically grown bioregional herbs provided by the facilitator. You’ll leave with practical knowledge, hands‑on experience, and a deeper connection to the plant allies that help us move from frazzled to rooted.
