The 2026 Artist’s Garden Show, Pigments! is here!
Join artist and arts educator Kristin Field in the garden to learn how to grow Japanese indigo in Chicago and how to naturally dye fabric with fresh indigo leaves. Come with your indigo questions, look at fabric samples, watch a fresh leaf indigo dyeing demo, or dye your own fabric sample using Conservatory-grown indigo while supplies last.
