Blair Thomas & Co., Navy Pier, The Chicago Park District, and the City of Chicago Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events presents Festival Neighborhood Tour. This tour includes 18 performances at 6 locations. All are FREE and open to the public, please RSVP.
